Crystal Sand

Yay! My first photography submission having used my new camera!
I don't think I every told you all that I got a new camera on Black Friday {day after Thanksgiving for you non-Americans- it's the biggest shopping day of the YEAR! Insane deals, people getting trampled, etc.} but I did!
I bought my Canon Rebel T3 for $479 and it came with a free camera case.

So far I am in love! Yesterday was the first day I was able to go out and actually experiment and today I went out in our front and back yards to get some nature/flower shots!
We also had all of our Christmas decorating stuff out {I can't believe it's only 28 days! D:} and I found these cool crystal...things! My mom's friend gave them to us as they are used in her husband's work {I don't know how} and I thought they were perfect for experimenting!

I'm obsessed with close ups so I added some sand for interest and whalah! I am enjoying this camera way too much
