This is a quick mash together of all the work-in-progress pics I took of my Ciel Phantomhive shirt I painted for the SacAnimeconvention this weekend!
Final product {close-ups} here:

Enjoy! :la: And if you want to know how I did any particular part, just ask ;p It's nothing too brilliant^^
Done in acrylic and paint pens

Did you draw the artwork on the shirt, or do like a mock-up on paper then trace it or something? And how well does the paint hold up when it comes to washing?

Well it's really hard to draw on shirts in pencil {if you've ever tried, you'd know ;D} so using the reference, I kinda sketched the outline, then I just jumped right into painting. Because for the most part you can't really see the pencil at all so it's just easier to get see-able color down to define the picture ;p
And I have no idea how well the paint holds up to washing D: I wore it for 3 days straight for the con {don't judge me! ^^;} so I haven't had a chance to wash it yet but I'm scared to *_* The lighter paint's already started to crack so I'm going to look into getting some sort of spray that I can put over it that might help...
I really have no idea as this was a total experiment, but I'll let you know if you want!

I tried once, but is was long ago and after a short time I switched to a pen.
(I won't, I've done the same thing. XD) Yeah, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know how that goes. A friend of mine and I are making plans for a con later this year and I was thinking doing shirts like that might be a cool thing to do for one of the days which isn't as time-consuming and expensive as cosplay.
